Job Title: IT Plant Head

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our information technology systems in a medium to large-scale formulations or API manufacturing facility.

Main Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Design and Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure & systems to support various internal functions like production, engineering, quality control, and warehouse.
  • Server Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and management of servers, ensuring optimal performance for reliable operations.
  • Networking Expertise: Manage active and passive networking components, including switches, routers, firewalls, and cable systems.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all IT systems comply with industry regulations and standards, particularly those relevant to GxP standards.
  • Documentation Practices: Maintain good documentation practices for IT infrastructure, applications, configurations, and procedures.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and HO departments for any systems issues, improvements, CAPAs, and new projects implementation.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of experience in heading IT systems in a medium to large-scale formulations or API manufacturing facility.
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining robust infrastructure & systems.
  • Strong technical expertise in server management, networking, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
