Strategic Employer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Employer Engagement Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create employment opportunities for students.

  • Develop strategies to engage with top IT companies and promote the benefits of recruiting students from the institution.
  • Cultivate relationships with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals for company recruitment.
  • Organize employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events to foster networking opportunities for students.
  • Coordinate job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs to connect students with potential employers.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of the job market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

You will work closely with the placement team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that meet the needs of both students and employers.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in any field, 3+ years of experience in a similar role, and excellent networking skills.
