Regional Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Head to lead our student recruitment efforts in South. As a key member of our team, you will drive growth and expansion for our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Student Recruitment Managers across multiple regions, setting clear performance targets and ensuring achievement of individual and regional KPIs.
  • Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies aligned with our global objectives, analysing regional trends, market performance, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Oversee the build, management, and expansion of agent networks, ensuring consistent engagement, training, and compliance across all partner relationships.
Educational Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in higher education student recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving regional student recruitment targets.
  • Strong understanding of international education markets, particularly the UK study abroad landscape.

You will be responsible for collaborating closely with marketing, admissions, and compliance teams to align efforts and improve conversion rates.
