Join our organization as a City Manager, responsible for spearheading the growth and success of our regional operations.

  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with medical professionals and institutions to drive patient referrals and increase adoption of our platform.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring targets are met, and individual and team development is prioritized.
  • Identify new opportunities for crowdfunding and lending by understanding patient needs and developing innovative financing solutions in collaboration with partner hospitals.
  • Raise awareness and promote the use of our platform among patients and healthcare providers, enabling access to instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options.
  • Set revenue goals and oversee both the crowdfunding and lending pipelines on a regular basis.
  • Provide ongoing market insights on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to inform the development of our lending solutions.
  • Ensure seamless lending operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered financial institutions.
  • Take full ownership of the regional P&L, focusing on operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.
  • Experience in team leadership and achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement.
