We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Executive to join our team, who will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service and tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a strong focus on achieving monthly sales targets by identifying new customers and developing strategic relationships.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction through effective pre-sales and post-sales support, while continuously exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Regularly monitor market trends, providing valuable insights and competitor feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Create and execute CRM campaigns to enhance onboarding processes, engagement, and retention.
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities, using this information to drive business development initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate customer data and oversee data cleansing activities as necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a B2B Sales/Account Executive or CRM Manager role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong goal orientation and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Willingness to undertake regular travel (30-60% of working time).
