Job Title: Business Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Strategist to drive growth and customer alignment within our business unit. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and organizational direction.

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with key customers and industry experts to foster strategic partnerships.
  • Support account teams in improving business offerings and driving efficiency across functions to win large deals and scale business.
  • Manage scope of committed work and represent business needs across the organization.
Requirements:
  • A graduate degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 10 years of total work experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry, preferably in sales or business development.
  • A strong network and/or work experience with the Aerospace/Defense ecosystem or supply chain companies is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of Electronics, LRUs, Avionics, HIL, SIL, etc., and their applications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of Sales/Business Development work experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with fluency in English.
  • The ability to travel within India and other Asian countries as required.
