As a Retention Manager, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our core growth metrics and user numbers for merchant business.
You will focus on initiatives planned through CRM channels such as Push, Whatsapp, SMS, Email, and In-app.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about mobile and web apps with a penchant towards marketing campaigns, loves extreme attention to content & design detail, and cares about how their work impacts millions of users daily.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 3 to 5 years' experience with marketing and web analytics tools like CleverTap, Moengage, or Mix panel.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 4-7 years experience in a digital marketing executive or similar role.
- Proven experience with large scale digital campaigns execution across in-app and other marketing channels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
