  • Industrialization of New Products: Oversee the industrialization of new products, including MO0DC, MO1 DC, SDF, and New MCB Area.
  • Line Establishment: Establish new product lines, improve yields, resolve problems on the production line, and conduct cost analysis.
  • Support to Production Lines: Provide support to production lines to ensure smooth completion of production tasks.
  • System Compliance and Documentation: Ensure system compliance and documentation, including SOP, SAP activities, PL, BOM, cost analysis, and control.
Functional Competencies:
  • Technical Competency: Possess technical competency in industrializing new products.
  • Process Knowledge: Have good process knowledge in assembly areas, including joining processes, welding processes, Poka-Yoke, testing of products, SPC, PFC, PFMEA, DFA, fixture design, MOST, line integration, etc.
