About TalentGum

This is an individual contributor role in a dynamic employee-oriented environment that emphasizes spreading TalentGum's unique approach to learning. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings and counsel them on learning pedagogies and TalentGum's engaging extracurricular learning environment.

The candidate will also be required to take on Revenue Responsibility. This role would be part of the B2C sales function for our India / International clients. You will drive new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations & Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
  • Developing short- and long-term sales plans to achieve assigned goals
  • Consistently meeting revenue targets aligned with team/organizational objectives
  • Identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers and leveraging references from existing customer bases to increase the sales pipeline
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Understanding customer requirements and providing insights to improve product portfolios based on customer interactions/feedback
Operations and Reporting:
  • Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for assigned products/geographies and ensuring high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • A knack for sales and effectively positioning ideas
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an Ed-Tech organization
  • Comfortable working on weekends, with a weekly day off on a weekday
