Job Overview:
Apollo Health is seeking a Global Services Representative for our market research operations team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to contribute to and learn from global research projects within the healthcare and life sciences industry. The role involves managing research projects from inception to completion, collaborating across teams, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Project Planning and Execution: Efficiently plan and manage projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources, aligning team objectives, and adhering to best practices to deliver within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Budget and Reporting: Manage project finances, including budget oversight and financial reporting to clients, and compile detailed reports for internal stakeholders, summarizing project performance, challenges, and solutions.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, meeting their expectations, regularly updating them on progress, and effectively handling feedback.
- Global Team Coordination: Foster collaboration with international teams to ensure effective project execution across various regions, emphasizing teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure data accuracy and project integrity, assessing outcomes against key performance metrics and promptly addressing any discrepancies.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and strategize against project risks, maintaining open communication with clients regarding potential issues and resolutions.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize advanced project management software and tools to enhance efficiency and stay abreast of industry trends and technological innovations.
***Qualifications:
- High school, Secondary School or the equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, life sciences, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong proficiency in English, with demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work 9am - 6pm EST.
