Sales Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals at Hansa Cequity.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new opportunities, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth across all sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing strategies.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals, including market analysis, target setting, and sales forecasting.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, including negotiation and contract collaboration.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights that influence sales strategy and product development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a 360-degree sales environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, processes, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
