Job Overview

We are seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our cross-functional team.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of core technical concepts, including RDBMS, Cloud Technologies, PaaS, SaaS Platforms, etc.
  • The candidate will work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a process consultant with experience from lead to revenue domains.
  2. Work closely with the Cross-functional lead Pricing specialist.
  3. Participate in discovery requirement gathering workshops.
  4. Engage in comprehensive business consultation requirement discussions, whiteboarding, and process flow designs.
  5. Design solutions to best suit underlying products, broader IT landscape architecture integration interface design, and overall program outline from a functional and architecture perspective.
  6. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and extensible, promoting OOTB functionality to minimize customizations.
  7. Act as a liaison between technical teams, functional teams, and business functions to drive lead to cash-oriented discussions.
  8. Provide guidance to client teams on industry-leading practices and domain expertise across lead to cash.
  9. Document the as-is process and to-be processes with cross-functional lead and pricing domain specialist guidance.
  10. Conduct process roadmap and solution architecture reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities, ensuring alignment with internal product roadmaps and meeting customers' business requirements.
  11. Guide offshore delivery teams in technical, functional, or domain areas as required.
Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years of experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to any CRM pricing domain or cloud platform product.
  • Complete understanding of Zilliant - Dynamic Pricing Domain.
  • Strong technical analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to learn Cloud SaaS platform products and understand E2E architecture.
