We are seeking an Air Freight Pricing Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive pricing proposals, coordinating with carriers and agents, and supporting the sales and operations teams to secure air freight business. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

  • Obtain and analyze air freight rates from carriers, agents, and service providers.
  • Prepare and submit pricing quotations to sales teams and clients in a timely manner.
  • Support sales teams with rate negotiations and tailored pricing solutions.
  • Coordinate with airlines and consolidators to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Maintain an updated database of rate tariffs, surcharges, and airline schedules.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in air freight pricing or freight forwarding.
  • Good understanding of air freight operations and international trade terms (Incoterms).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and logistics software tools.
