As a skilled service professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients in the life sciences and healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and efficient service support to our customers
  • Respond promptly to breakdown calls and resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management
  • Prepare regular reports on service performance and operational efficiency
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints through escalation procedures
  • Publish and maintain accurate service documentation for distribution
  • Perform troubleshooting, commissioning, and certification of equipment
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through collaborative teamwork
  • Deliver hands-on training to field service teams (up to 20% travel required)
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum three years' experience in laboratory equipment repair and troubleshooting
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and experience operating automatic and manual vehicles
  • Willingness to travel extensively across regions for customer visits
