Job Description:

The Front Office Cum Service Assistant will be responsible for managing front desk operations and providing a professional welcoming environment for all visitors, clients, and staff.

This role involves greeting and directing visitors, answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, and providing administrative support including scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.

The position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and proficiency with office software and equipment. The Front Office Executive plays a key role in providing a positive first impression and supporting the overall functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and direct visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and handle inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized and assist in managing guest registers and access control
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and proficiency with office software and equipment are required for this role.
