Sales & Business Development Manager – RPO

We are seeking a results-driven RPO Sales Strategist to expand our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) vertical.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RPO sales, exceptional client acquisition skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute effective business development strategies to identify and acquire new RPO clients.
  • Create compelling pitches to showcase our RPO services and deliver high-quality presentations to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customized RPO solutions that meet client needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within the RPO domain.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of RPO models, industry trends, and client needs.
