Sales Operations Strategist

Glean is a dynamic company that requires a skilled Sales Operations Strategist to support our sales teams with day-to-day deal desk processes and operational requests.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced professional who can engage with systems and other cross-functional teams to prioritize business requirements, oversee timelines, test and rollout major business impacting updates. The ideal candidate will drive continuous process improvements and automations that can bring scale to how we operate.
Responsibilities include reporting and analyzing key business performance metrics, providing in-depth data-driven recommendations to operations, finance, and sales leadership. Additionally, the Sales Operations Strategist will work on strategic projects, pilots, and cross-functional initiatives that evolve our go-to-market plan.
Requirements- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role, such as Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Management Consulting
- Strong analytical skills to look at large datasets, visualize and present data in meaningful ways
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL/Tableau
- Experience working with CRM (Salesforce) and other field tools for reporting/ops needs
- Ability to learn new skills and navigate complex situations effectively
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and contribute to Glean's growth and success. This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
