Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Planning Specialist to lead and support the design, configuration, and deployment of enterprise planning solutions in Oracle EPM Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring planning models, consolidation rules, and reconciliation profiles to support accurate budgeting, forecasting, close, and reconciliation processes.

  • Partner with client finance and accounting teams to gather requirements, map processes, and design future-state models that align with best practices.
  • Develop calculation rules, business logic, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Configure and manage data flows between EPM applications and source systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct workshops, prototype sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide go-live and post-implementation support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud implementations with hands-on expertise in Enterprise Planning.
  • Strong functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in configuring calculation rules, forms, dashboards, and integration workflows in EPM Cloud.
  • Familiarity with EPM Automate, Data Management, and integration with ERP systems.
