We are seeking a skilled Strategic Planning Specialist to join our team in Mumbai.

This role involves leading audience planning, including defining audience segmentation and sizing using tools such as GWI, TGI, IRS, BARC.

You will be responsible for deep diving into media planning fundamentals, using syndicated research to inform campaign strategies and media mix decisions. You will also synthesize insights from various platforms—Comscore, Brand Track, Brand Lift, YouGov, and Kantar Worldpanel—to craft strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities include translating data into impactful insights and narratives via crisp storytelling and sharp communication, engaging in client-facing capacities, presenting strategy, aligning expectations, and managing stakeholder interactions. You will collaborate with internal teams (account, creative, analytics) to ensure integrated and feasible strategic deliverables.

Required qualifications and experience include a Bachelor's degree essential; MBA or PG Diploma in Business Management preferred. 4–5 years of experience in strategy, audience planning, or media planning roles, preferably within advertising or media agencies is required. Strong foundations in business, marketing, and media strategy are necessary. Excellent storytelling skills paired with clear and persuasive communication are also required.

Apart from these skills, you should be proficient with planning and insight tools: GWI, TGI, IRS, BARC, Comscore, Brand Track, Brand Lift, YouGov, and Kantar Worldpanel. A strong analytical aptitude and ability to distil actionable strategy from complex datasets is required. Experience in client-facing roles and cross-functional team collaboration is also necessary. Detail-oriented, structured, and familiar with standard strategic planning workflows is required.
