Job Title:
A Strategic HRIS Implementation Expert
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Enterprise Structures, Legal Entities, Business Units, Jobs, Positions, Grades, and other foundational HR setups.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Redwood pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) Express Mode and Business Rules to align with business requirements.
- Configuration and Customization:
- Configure and personalize Redwood pages to meet business needs.
- Implement and manage HCM security components, including roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
- Configure and troubleshoot approval workflows, Journeys and notifications.
- Upgrades and Release Management:
- Stay up-to-date with Oracle's quarterly updates.
- Assess the impact of new features and changes on existing configurations and customizations.
- Conduct thorough testing in non-production environments to ensure a smooth transition with each upgrade.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR
- Strong configuration and customization skills for Redwood pages
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
