This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in knowledge management to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency. As a Knowledge Management Expert, you will be responsible for managing a team of KM Analysts and SharePoint designers who are responsible for harvesting key content, sanitizing, and publishing it to the global KM repository. You will also work closely with global leaders to understand Go-To-Market strategy and identify KM projects for the team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of KM Analysts and SharePoint designers to ensure seamless execution of KM initiatives
  • Work closely with global leaders to understand Go-To-Market strategy and identify KM projects for the team
  • Develop and implement effective knowledge sharing strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging knowledge management solutions
  • Evaluate and enhance existing KM processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in a reputed organization, with a proven track record in managing KM teams
