Lead HR Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Lead HR Strategist to spearhead pivotal people initiatives, drive employee engagement, and oversee core HR operations in alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance review cycles, key performance indicators (KPIs), and feedback mechanisms to foster a culture of growth and improvement.
  • Craft and implement impactful rewards and recognition programs to motivate employees and promote a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic performance-linked growth and engagement initiatives to enhance organizational competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies to mitigate risk and maintain a stable work environment.
  • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy implementation to optimize HR service delivery.
  • Analyze HR data to inform process improvements, retention strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Mentor and manage the HR team to ensure seamless HR service delivery and support organizational growth.
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on performance management and rewards and recognition.
  • Familiarity with Indian employment laws and HR compliance regulations to ensure a compliant and risk-free work environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP) and ATS software (JobDiva preferred) to streamline HR processes.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex HR challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while maintaining adaptability and flexibility.
