
Business Development Manager

The primary role in this position involves partnering closely with our co-founders to accelerate growth and revenue in the D2C skincare business. This will require drawing on hands-on marketplace and operations expertise to uncover new revenue streams, refine fulfillment processes, and translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth & Marketplace: Analyze and scale channels through targeted promos, pricing tests, and bundle offers.
- Revenue & Ops: Partner with fulfillment to cut costs, minimize RTO/COD, and optimize margins.
- Project Leadership: Drive key launches ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Data & Insights: Maintain core dashboards (GMV, AOV, CR%, repeat rate) and present actionable findings to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Support: Craft investor updates and negotiate vendor SLAs.
Requirements
This role requires a proven track record in D2C or e-commerce roles with direct responsibility for marketplace growth and/or operations optimization. Key skills include an analytical mindset, operational expertise, project leadership, clear communication, and a genuine interest in the beauty/wellness space.
