Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth & Development:
- Align regional objectives with company goals and plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Track sales and collections by area, month, and product.
- Implement business strategies and manage stock handling.
- Train and coach dealer sales teams; review performance and recommend rewards.
- Dealer Management:
- Plan and expand dealership network; assign targets.
- Visit dealers regularly for support and interaction.
- Market Expansion:
- Identify prospects, grow business from existing accounts, and boost sales.
- Build dealer loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support brand promotion, demand creation, and market development.
- Assist dealers with marketing efforts and coordinate queries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines is preferred.
- Languages – English, Hindi (Must)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the bike accessories sector or in technically-driven products (Must).
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Strong customer service skills and relationship management.
- Passion for biking is a plus
