Job Title: Treasury Sales Professional

Level: Senior Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Client Relations team as a Treasury Sales Professional. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, delivering tailored treasury solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and manage relationships with corporate clients to understand their treasury needs and provide customized solutions.
  2. Promote the sale of treasury and risk management products, including liquidity, cash management, and investments.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams (risk, compliance, operations, product) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  4. Stay up-to-date on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to provide insights and advice to clients.
  5. Acquire new corporate clients and expand wallet share from existing ones by identifying their needs and selling treasury products.
  6. Leverage technology and digital platforms to enhance client servicing and efficiency.
  7. Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, client coverage, and revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A strong technology orientation and ability to adapt digital platforms for client engagement is essential.
  • Prioritizing a service mindset is crucial for supporting clients.
  • Sharp intelligence and market acumen to interpret economic, regulatory, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualification & Experience:

  • An MBA or Graduate degree is necessary.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Treasury Sales / Corporate Treasury Relationship Management, preferably with Banks, NBFCs, AMCs or financial institutions.
