Job Title: Product Merchandising Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced product merchandising professional to manage our jewelry collections from concept to delivery. This role involves analyzing market trends, curating seasonal assortments, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring products meet customer demand, brand aesthetics, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of jewelry trends, market, and customer preferences, as well as skills in product lifecycle management, inventory, and supply chain.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a collaborative team player with excellent analytical and research skills, proficient in MS Office, and familiar with merchandising tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product merchandising strategies
  • Collaborate with design and production on product development
  • Conduct market research to track trends, customer needs, and competitors
  • Curate seasonal collections balancing classic and innovative styles
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries and minimal stock issues
  • Support sales and marketing with product knowledge and merchandising tools
  • Define pricing and positioning strategies based on cost and market analysis
  • Oversee quality control and adherence to production timelines
  • Lead product launches from concept to rollout

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years' experience in product merchandising (jewelry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of jewelry trends, market, and customer preferences
  • Skilled in product lifecycle management, inventory, and supply chain
  • Collaborative team player with strong analytical and research skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with merchandising tools a plus
  • Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Jewelry Design, or related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
