We seek a data-driven, results-oriented Site Merchandiser to enhance the customer experience and sales performance by planning and executing site merchandising strategies, campaign management, and content optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive site merchandising calendars, including campaigns, new product launches, program-led sales, and category-wide events.
  • Analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion.
  • Design and refresh storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns from wire frame development to execution.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create engaging marketing assets.
  • Develop, test, and analyze new merchandising strategies to improve engagement, document results, and share best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to learn SQL, XML, and in-house merchandising tools.
  • Experience in data analysis to optimize site performance and customer engagement.
