Job Title: Apparel Merchandiser

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced Apparel Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and production, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying and developing vendors, leading negotiations, finalizing prices, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of garments. They will also be required to coordinate daily with vendors for production updates, visit factories for production follow-ups and quality checks, and maintain effective communication and relationship management with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop vendors to build long-term relationships and maintain a strong supply chain.
  • Lead negotiations with vendors to ensure best pricing, margins, and product quality.
  • Finalize prices, place orders with the right vendors, and ensure uncompromised product quality.
  • Coordinate daily with vendors for production updates and ensure timely delivery of garments.
  • Visit factories for production follow-ups, quality checks, and monitoring production status.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of denim sourcing & production.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in vendor management and supply chain operations.
