Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned account manager to excel in our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving allocated sales targets, driving growth in existing accounts, and acquiring new business opportunities.

In this key sales role, you will build strong relationships with executive management teams to deliver exceptional results across various industrial solutions. You will leverage your negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, and industry knowledge to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve allocated sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Drive growth in existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and expanding product offerings.
  • Acquire new business opportunities by establishing strong relationships with executive management teams.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the FMCG/CPG industry, as well as experience in outcome-based solutions selling. A degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience. Software expertise, particularly in PTC, ThingWorx, MES, and Business Intelligence, is an added advantage.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in outcome-based solutions selling.
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG/CPG industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working with software solutions, including PTC, ThingWorx, MES, and Business Intelligence.
