Job Opportunity: Legal Professional
As a key member of our legal team, you will gain hands-on experience in the legal and compliance domains. You will work closely with our lawyers to ensure that our operations align with all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management & Legal Documentation:
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct research and support the preparation of briefs and reports.
- Mitigate contractual risks and optimize terms that protect our organization's interests.
- Compliance:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay updated on legal developments and provide guidance to the organization.
- Respond to regulatory inquiries and audits.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure company-wide compliance.
- Corporate Governance:
- Support corporate governance matters, including board resolutions and meeting minutes.
- Ensure proper maintenance of corporate records and documentation.
- Risk Mitigation:
- Identify potential legal and regulatory risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Processes and Communications:
- Execute legal tasks efficiently and in line with best practices.
- Provide support in drafting legal documents and maintain clear communication within the legal team.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience or 1+ years of in-house experience.
- Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of legal principles and concepts.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to document and streamline legal processes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
