We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented legal professional to join our legal team.

This role involves conducting in-depth research, drafting key documents, liaising with external counsel, maintaining case lists, assisting with case management, and performing groundwork on various legal agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Mandatory Experience:

  • Assist in preparation for trials and hearings, including drafting pleadings, organizing evidence and exhibits, and coordinating with external counsels.
  • Maintain cause-lists trackers and keep management updated on case status.
  • Maintain and organize legal files and documentation.
  • Attend hearings, take adjournments/certified copies as needed, handle authorities visiting the premises, and perform other related tasks.
  • Coordinate end-to-end process for Registration of Agreements in Sub Registrar's Office.

Good to have experience:

  • Drafting, vetting, negotiating, and settling corporate agreements.
  • Preparing and discussing strategies with management and external counsels to defend company cases.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • LLB from a reputable college.
  • 3-4 years of litigation handling experience in a reputable law firm or in corporate.
  • Familiarity with legal research tools (e.g., Livelaw, Manu Patra, Westlaw, LexisNexis).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in litigation and corporate law. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
