Senior Corporate Counsel

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Corporate Counsel to provide expert legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services and consulting, ensuring compliance with data protection, IT laws, and international regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
  • Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, employment, and regulatory matters.
  • Liaise with external counsel for litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
  • Support business teams in client negotiations and enable smooth deal closures.
  • Manage legal risks and proactively advise leadership.

Requirements:

  • LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably in IT services or consulting organizations.
  • Strong expertise in contract drafting and negotiation with international clients.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, intellectual property, labor, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
