Key Roles and Responsibilities

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Landscape Architect to spearhead conceptual and detailed landscape design initiatives for residential and commercial real estate projects.

  • Conceptual Design: Develop imaginative and technically sound landscape designs that adhere to local municipal norms, environmental regulations, and project-specific guidelines.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental consultants for integrated project planning and coordination.
  • Design Implementation: Oversee the implementation of designed landscapes at project sites, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and review BOQs, cost estimates, and construction drawings.
  • Site Assessments: Conduct thorough site assessments, soil analysis, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions, and prepare comprehensive presentations, mood boards, and design documentation for internal approvals and client briefings.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputable institution, accompanied by 8-12 years of relevant experience in landscape consultancy and large-scale development projects. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and knowledge of other tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Photoshop, and Revit is highly valued.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects Pan-India, working closely with cross-functional teams, and representing the company as a landscape design expert at stakeholder meetings.
