Job Description

As a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation professional, you will lead and support the implementation of this cutting-edge solution by conducting requirement workshops, mapping business processes, and identifying as-is vs. to-be processes.

You will design optimized solutions, build and review functional design documents, enhancements, reports, and integrations to deliver real business impact through collaboration with cross-functional teams on full lifecycle projects.

This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and compensation summaries, along with proven experience in full-cycle implementation projects.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • • 8-12 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience
  • • Deep expertise in Compensation (Functional SME level)
  • • Strong understanding of business processes and compensation summary
  • • Proven experience in full-cycle implementation projects
