Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant

Seeking a seasoned expert to enhance compensation and performance modules in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex business logic for validation, calculations, and retro-processing purposes.
  • Develop efficient data upload templates using HDL and Spreadsheet Loader, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Create customized reports of medium complexity utilizing OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Provide technical design and configuration support for Workforce Compensation module, including compensation plans, budgets, and statements.
  • Design and implement advanced grade-step progression ladders and manage base compensation structures effectively.
  • Support functional configuration and processes for Goal and Performance Management module.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Techno-Functional consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud with demonstrated expertise in writing complex formulas.
  • Strong background in developing OTBI analyses, BIP reports, and RTF templates.
  • Experience in implementing Workforce Compensation and Performance Management modules.
  • Solid understanding of base compensation structures and grade-step progressions.
