Virtual Event Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Event Specialist to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of virtual events that engage our audience, promote our products, and support lead generation.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering exceptional virtual experiences that align with our marketing goals in a dynamic B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive event plan that aligns with our marketing and sales objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and create relevant, engaging event topics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content.
  • Oversee the event lifecycle, including scheduling, promotion, registration, live delivery, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Manage the technical aspects of events, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct rehearsals with presenters to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze event performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in virtual event management, digital marketing, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with event platforms (ON24) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
