Virtual Event Specialist

The Virtual Event Specialist oversees the execution and optimization of virtual events to engage our audience, promote products, and support lead generation.

This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive virtual event plan aligning with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and create engaging event topics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content.
  • Oversee the virtual event lifecycle, including scheduling, promotion, registration, live delivery, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Manage technical aspects of virtual events, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct rehearsals with presenters to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze event performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Collaboration and Promotion:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align event themes with campaigns and goals.
  • Coordinate with product marketing team to develop events highlighting key features and value propositions.

Performance Metrics and Improvement:

  • Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to measure event success.
  • Generate regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve event content, format, and delivery based on audience feedback and data insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in virtual event management or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with virtual event platforms (e.g., ON24) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing event performance metrics.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering engaging virtual experiences.
