About the Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled VMware professional to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in managing converged infrastructure, provisioning, and deploying new resources.

  • Maximize uptime and performance characteristics for SAN infrastructure and converged platforms.
  • Analyze results of storage/RecoverPoint/UCS/vCentre monitoring and recommend changes to improve performance, security, and utilization.
  • Plan and recommend infrastructure modifications or additional equipment to increase system capacities.
  • Troubleshoot to maintain high levels of system uptime and performance.
  • Coordinate with OEMs to replace HW/advance troubleshoot/code upgrade etc.

Daily Operations

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, BMC ticket closure within SLA, coordination, and work with multiple teams' stakeholders to solve issues.

Key Responsibilities

The selected individual will be accountable for:

  • Optimizing server virtualization environments.
  • Ensuring seamless integration of hardware and software components.
  • Implementing efficient resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

  • At least 7 years of experience in VMware administration.
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex IT infrastructures.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
