
Sales Performance Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven sales leader to drive growth and expansion of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue growth.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Track key sales metrics, analyze performance data, and present actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Motivate and inspire high-performing team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to enhance lead quality, conversion rates, and overall business outcomes.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving long-term revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Inside Sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating exceptional sales acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in ed-tech, training, or B2B/B2C sales is highly desirable, as well as an MBA degree or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
