Job Title: Production Supervisor

The job requires a seasoned professional to oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency, timeliness and high-quality output. Key responsibilities include team supervision, production management, quality control, safety compliance, process improvement and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
  • Monitor technicians' performance, provide coaching and ensure proper staffing levels.
  • Schedule work assignments and adjust workloads as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee the production process, monitor production schedules and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of product quality, coordinate with QC team for regular inspections and address quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promote a safe working environment and enforce safety policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, work with management to develop and implement production strategies and analyze production data.
  • Manage inventory levels, coordinate with procurement team and maintain equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

  • More than five years of experience in a production environment.
  • Proven track record in supervising production teams and meeting production targets.
  • Experienced in coordinating maintenance and repair activities.
