Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Vitasta Consulting Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Sales and business development of Ashland excipients with pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies.
  • Preparation and achievement of sales targets (revenue volume and gross profit) and organizational goals for every year.
  • Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as call reports, monthly reports, and annual territory analysis.
  • Valuing selling key account management and interpersonal skills to improve the profitability of our business.
  • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandizing techniques.
  • Service existing accounts, obtaining orders, and developing new accounts for Ashland excipients.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending training programs, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in pharmaceutical conferences.
  • Responsible for account receivables, I & C forms, handling of rejections, and customer complaints.
  • Developing and growing the commercial relationships of assigned leading customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
  • Developing opportunity pipelines to drive new business for future commercial success.
  • Forecasting sales to enable operations planning, introducing product innovations, and maintaining active memberships.

Requirements

  • B.Pharm with a management diploma or degree / M.Pharm.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience.
  • Internal: SCM, R&D, QA, & RA.
  • External: Customer purchase and R&D.
  • Value selling, key account management.
