Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage customer experience, including proactive communication through calls, surveys and WhatsApp
  • Work cross-departmental and on cross-functional projects to improve customer purchase and delivery experience
  • Have a customer-first attitude, passion to solve customer problems, empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others
  • Develop good problem-solving skills to answer customer queries and tune into the customer's voice
  • Be savvy with data management and churn insights from complex customer data

Requirements:

  • Pursuing bachelors or masters from a reputable university
  • Proficiency in Excel, analytics and web tools for consumer engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Interest in FMCG and kids' nutrition will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Working Conditions:

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as per customer queries
