About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team at Infopark Kochi. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or fresher with excellent communication skills, a strong willingness to work during night shifts, and a basic understanding of MS Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy while interacting with customers.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in our support systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer inquiries.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Work Schedule: Willingness to work in the night shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM).
  • Location: Must be willing to work from our office in Infopark Kochi.
  • Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred.
