IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at Advanxa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to staff, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
Assist staff with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, network, and server equipment.
Provide support for networking and application issues, escalating complex and unresolved problems to the top-level support team.
Record, track, and maintain IT asset inventory in the asset management system.
Collect equipment from departing employees and add it to the tracking database.
Provide training to users related to desktop products.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
0-2 years of work experience in IT support.
IT certifications like CCNA will be an added advantage.
Team player with good communication skills.
Cross-functional coordination.
Strong multitasking.
Attention to detail.
Analytic problem-solving skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in IT.
