
Customer Support Operations Manager

As a Technical Support Lead, you will be responsible for managing and resolving technical issues related to customer support. This is a high-priority role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and professionally. They will also be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and possess strong analytical skills.
In this role, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, as well as providing training and support to other team members.
The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in SaaS technical support, customer operations, or similar project-focused roles. They will also have intermediate understanding of technical systems, APIs, and SQL, as well as experience working with support ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
- Intermediate understanding of technical systems, APIs, and SQL
- Experience working with support ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk
- 5-7 years of experience in SaaS technical support, customer operations, or similar project-focused roles
