Establishing a Global Presence: Business Development Role

A leader is required to build and develop the business development team and processes further.

  • Develop a strategic plan for specialty flame retardant chemicals and ingredients used in Masterbatch manufacturing.
  • Identify potential customers in plastics, textiles, construction, and electronics industries.
  • Build strong relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), compounders, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams on product positioning.
  • Drive sales growth, pricing strategy, and product positioning.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape.
  • Ensure smooth coordination from sampling to order finalization and after-sales support.

The ideal candidate should have experience in sales or business development of Flame retardant chemicals, strong technical understanding, market mapping, and customer engagement skills. Extensive travel is necessary.
