Business Development Lead Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth and cost optimization through strategic business development initiatives.
  • Craft compelling proposals with minimal support from senior team members, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
  • Contribute to business development tasks, marketing outreach programs, and develop industry/capability decks, white papers, thought papers, articles, case studies, etc.
  • Lead a team of senior analysts, analysts, and associates in providing techno-commercial research & advisory services in chemicals & materials domain.
  • Manage client communication, including query resolution, kick-off calls, deliverable presentation, feedback calls, etc.
  • Develop excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical, business, and analytical discussions effectively.
  • Employ a strong analytical mindset and technical background to generate insights and actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes.

Qualifications, Experience, and Education:

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in chemical & material science or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum six (6) years of experience in business research or consulting engagements.
  • Deep primary research experience and ability to train team members.
  • Rich experience in end-to-end management of business research or consulting engagements.
  • Excellent knowledge of Market Analysis, Business Analysis, Technology Analysis, Competitor Intelligence, Management Frameworks, Advanced MS Office, Forecasting, and Business Writing.
