Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a leadership role in driving business growth and strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team by setting goals, guiding subordinates, and maintaining team discipline.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive annual target achievement for all headquarters and new product launches.
  • Identify and analyze business opportunities, monthly sales data, and customer trends to inform growth initiatives.
  • Implement company-wide strategies and systems as directed.
  • Manage talent acquisition, induction, and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders and business partners to drive sales and growth.
  • Provide training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, detailing, and in-clinic effectiveness among team members.
  • Prepare and submit tour programs, conduct regular sales analysis, and ensure customer coverage.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or Diploma in Pharmacy.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and selling skills. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and influencing abilities.
  • Experience: Proven track record in team management within a field-based role.
  • Attributes: Scientific background and ability to work independently while being highly organized.
