Job Title: Product Strategy Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive high-growth strategies in marketplaces, traffic, and user engagement.
  • Create a product vision, prioritize feature backlogs and roadmaps, and secure internal buy-in.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive program roadmaps, covering planning, implementation, and production readiness.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure clear requirements, make necessary trade-offs, and deliver finished products on schedule.
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues and risks that may impact team goals.
  • Identify and clarify critical issues, driving appropriate actions.
  • Define and scope projects by collaborating with business customers to understand needs, priorities, and internal/competitive information.
  • Deliver projects with exceptional performance, reliability, usability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and prioritize projects, considering trade-offs and impact.
  • Drive user workflow, ensuring maximum customer value within available time constraints and resources.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership, working in a dynamic environment requiring strong skills in team coordination, consensus-building, and achieving overall business objectives efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 8-13 years of experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in online domains, implementing internet marketing techniques (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, etc.).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing complete website operations.
  • Experience working with designers, developers, and stakeholders, making informed decisions.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with analyzing web traffic trends using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with a good understanding of HTML, CSS, JS.
  • Deep understanding of mobile user experience, including technology and user behavior in Indian markets.
  • Ability to design simple and intuitive user interfaces, creating examples through wireframes and mockups.
