Senior Product Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Engineering Leader to spearhead the development of innovative products and solutions. This individual will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional teams, driving product vision, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of product development, including roadmap creation, design decisions, and implementation.
  • Leadership of high-performing engineering teams, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Definition of non-functional requirements (NFRs) and development of systems that meet these needs.
  • Code reviews, project logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Advocacy for best practices in design and implementation methodologies.
  • Collaboration with other leaders and departments to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering or relevant field.
  • 7-15 years of experience in delivery, development, and team management.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with EVM, Android-related technology.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with frontend technologies like EMV knowledge, Android POS development experience.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with mobile technologies like Android.
  • Good understanding of commonly used databases like SQL, NoSQL.
Desirable Skills:
  • Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes.
  • Organizational, planning, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Past use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools.
  • Experience in fintech space is an advantage.
